We have found a few remaining file system issues with the server and are currently running checks to fix it.

Update: Currently all services should be functioning, but we are still working to permanently resolve the root cause of the issue.

At this time we are preforming emergency maintenance on the RAID array used in the shared storage server for Sphera servers sd06 through sd11. We expect this to take about 2 hours. Thank you for your patience.

Update 7:00am At this time we are running a file system check on the server.

Update 8:50am All file system checks have completed and all servers are starting back up now.

We're experiencing some load issues with Spehera servers sd06-sd11, we are working on the issue and will update this post when the problem is solved.

Our monitors have detected filesystem errors on cPanel server cp33. As a precautionary measure we are bringing it down for a filesystem check. We'll have it back up as soon as possible.

EDIT: The filesystem check has been completed and the server is now operating normally.

vz03 Hardware Maintenance

Virtuozzo hosting node vz03 has become unresponsive; cause unknown. We have dispatched our engineers to investigate and hope to have it back up soon.

Update 8pm We have identified the cause - a faulty motherboard. Our engineers are now moving the drives to a new chassis and will have the machine back up and online shorty. A filesystem check may be required due to the unexpected shutdown but once that completes, VPS containers will begin to start up. Thanks for your patience.

Update 8:45pm Hardware replacement, filesystem checks, and RAID verification is now complete. The hardware node is back online and VPS'es are starting now; all VPS's should be started shortly. Thanks again for your patience and we do apologize for this unexpected hardware failure.

VPS hardware node vz33 became unresponsive and had to be rebooted. Containers are coming up sequentially and full service will be restored soon. We apologise for the inconvenience.
