Viewing E-Mail Headers in Thunderbird

At times, to troubleshoot email issues, the email headers will have clues as to what may be causing the issue. To extract the email headers from an email using Outlook 2003:

• Open the email as you normally would
• Click on “View” and then “Source”
• This will show the email in its entirety

This information is useful for our System Administrators to troubleshoot problematic emails, and should be pasted into your support ticket.
