Return to "Troubleshooting"At times, to troubleshoot email issues, the email headers will have clues as to what may be causing the issue. To extract the email headers from an email using Outlook 2003:
• Open the email as you normally would
• Right click on the email and select “Options”
• Here you’ll be able to see the email headers in the box at the bottom of the dialogue
This information is useful for our System Administrators to troubleshoot problematic emails, and should be pasted into your support ticket.
