Suspending an account in WHM

You may need to suspend one of your customer’s accounts for bandwidth usage, disk quota, or other violations of your terms of service. If you’d like to suspend an account:

• Logging into your WHM through your customer manager at https://my.opensourcehost.com
• Click on “My Products” and then “Control Panel” across from your hosting package
• Once logged into your WHM, click on the “Account Functions” icon
• Click on the “Suspend/Unsuspend an Account” icon
• Select the account you wish to suspend by highlighting it from the list and click on the “Suspend” button (Accounts can be unsuspended on this same screen)
