Performing multi-account functions in WHM
You can change the package type and terminate multiple accounts within your WHM. To do this:
• Log into your WHM through your customer manager at https://my.opensourcehost.com
• Click on “My Products” and then “Control Panel” across from your hosting package
• Once logged into your WHM, click on the “Multi-Account Functions” icon
• Either select the “Modify/Upgrade Multiple Accounts” or “Terminate Multiple Accounts” depending on your desired action
• Check the box next to the account(s) that need to be modified or terminated
• Follow through with the desired action and click “Change” or “Destroy Selected Accounts” respectively
