Changing an account password in WHM

Occasionally a customer will lose or forget the password to his or her account. To reset the password:

• Log into your WHM through your customer manager at https://my.opensourcehost.com
• Click on “My Products” and then “Control Panel” across from your hosting package
• Once logged into your WHM, click on the “Account Information” icon
• Click on the “List Accounts” icon
• Find the domain from the list or use the search option located in the upper right corner
• Click the plus sign (+) next to the domain name and enter your new password
• Click “Change” and be sure to let the customer know the new password
