Managing WebMail

As an alternative to checking your email with an email client like Microsoft Outlook, you can check your email with a webmail application you access via your web browser. To access your webmail you can navigate directly to the webmail client at http://yourdomain.com/webmail or within your cPanel by:

• Log into your cPanel through your customer manager at https://my.opensourcehost.com
• Click on “My Products” and then “Control Panel” across from your hosting package
• Once logged into your cPanel, click on the “Webmail” icon OR click on the “Email Accounts” icon
• If you have clicked on the “Email Accounts” icon, then choose the “Web Mail” icon across from the address you’d like to check with webmail

Important Note: You may have more than one webmail application to choose from; this is a matter of personal preference. You may use both, and choose which one you prefer.
