As an alternative to using an FTP program like FileZilla or CuteFTP, we offer a web based File Manager. Within this file manager you have the ability to create and rename new files and folders, move files and folders to different directories, upload and download content, and edit files. To access your File Manager:

• Log into your cPanel through your customer manager at https://my.opensourcehost.com
• Click on “My Products” and then “Control Panel” across from your hosting package
• Select the “File Manager” icon underneath the “Files” heading
