You may set up email filters on your server to help reduce the amount of spam or any other unwanted emails from arriving into your inbox. Filters can be created on the user or on the account level. Filters placed on the user level will only affect the specified mailboxes whereas filter placed on the account level will affect all mailboxes on your server. In order to create an email filter:

• Log into your cPanel through your customer manager at https://my.opensourcehost.com
• Click on “My Products” and then “Control Panel” across from your hosting package
• Select the “User Level Filtering” or the “Account Level Filtering” icon
• If you choose to create a filter on the user level, you’ll need to select the user the filter will appear on
• Give your new filter a memorable name, and set the parameters from the drop down menus
• Click the “Activate Filter” button
