Your server can notify you when your disk quota, bandwidth quota, and mail box quotas are about to be reached via email. To enable these notifications:

• Log into your cPanel through your customer manager at https://my.opensourcehost.com
• Click on “My Products” and then “Control Panel” across from your hosting package
• Click on the “Update Contacts” icon
• By default, your contact address is the default address created by cPanel. You may also set a secondary address
• Check the boxes of the notifications you wish to receive and click the “Save” button

Important Note: We highly recommend that you update the contact email address to be an address that does not reside on the server in case there is an issue involving the email or the server itself.
