To transfer a domain name over to OpenSourceHost you will need to login to your Customer Manager (https://my.opensourcehost.com) click on My Products -> My Store -> Domain Name Package and then select the option to transfer an existing domain. Before purchasing the domain name transfer please ensure with the current Registrar that:

1.) You are the Administrative Contact for the domain name
2.) You have the Auth/EPP code (this will be provided by the current registrar)
3.) The domain is not locked
4.) The domain name is more than 60 days old
