Adding accounts to an add on domain is no different than adding accounts to your primary domain; simply create a new email user using the control panel or the Customer Manager. The email addresses that you create will be automatically applied to each of your virtual host domains; so, if you create a new email user with the username “john”, you can tell people to email you at or .
