The Plesk control panel includes the Awstats and Webalizer site statistics monitoring applications that can be enabled upon customer request by calling into our support department or submitting a support ticket. Once they have been enabled from our end you can access the stats in the Plesk control panel:

• Once logged in, click the Web Statistics icon in the Statistics section of the primary Plesk screen.
• This will open up a separate window which will give you a security certificate warning. This is normal. Simply ignore these messages and continue to the stats application.
• You will be asked to authenticate using your primary ftp log in and password. Once you have authenticated successfully you will be granted access to the stats application.

Important Note: On a fresh installation, depending on the rotation of the logs, there may already be data populated to the stats application that you can analyze. This will not always be the case though, and you may need to wait 24 hours for data to populate the application.
