Finding and Replacing Text

To find a particular text fragment on the page:

  • On the “Step 4 Edit” and select the page you wish to locate text.
  • Click the icon.
  • In the “Find what” field, enter the text you want to find.
  • Select the “Match case” check box to search only for text that exactly matches the specified search pattern (consider upper and lower case letters).
  • Click “Find” to start the search.

To find and replace a text fragment on the page:

  • Click the icon.
  • In the “Find what” field, enter the text you want to find.
  • In the “Replace with” field, enter the text to replace the searched fragment with.
  • Select the necessary search options:
    • “Match case” - to search for text that exactly matches the case (uppercase or lowercase character formatting) for the specified search pattern.
    • “Match whole words” - to search for the exact phrase.

  • Click “Replace” to replace a particular found segment.

  • Click “Replace All” to replace all segments found on the page without reviewing them.
