Once you are logged into the Parallels® Plesk Site Builder click “Step 4 Edit”.
Put the cursor where you want to add the image to the page by clicking spot where you wish to place the image.
Click the “Insert/Edit Images” icon in the menu bar above the page content, this will bring up the “Image Properties” page where you can upload images and pictures, set their size, alignment, borders, and edit the images.
To upload an image, click the “Browse Server” button. The will open the “file Upload” window. If you plan to add multiple images you can use the “Create Folder” button to create folders and arrange the files accordingly.
To upload a file click the “Browse” button in the lower right to select the image you wish to upload.
Select the image, click “Open”, and then click “Upload” to transfer the file to the server. You will see the image in the file upload screen once it’s complete.
To add an image to your page, click the image in the “File Upload” window.
This will return you to the “Image Properties” screen and will have the image file path listed in the “URL” bar of the sitebuilder.
To add a title to the image, you can add text to the “Alternate Text” field. This text will be displayed on a mouse rollover.
You can also adjust the image with, height, border width, horizontal and vertical spacing as well as the alignment of the image.
Click “OK” when finished and the image will be added to the page.
To return to the “Image Properties” screen, right click on the image and select “Image Properties”. There are more available options for editing the image available on the “Link” and “Advanced” tabs.
To link the image, click the “Link” tab. The “URL” field is where you set the destination of the link and the “Target” field is used to tell the browser if it should open a new window when the link is clicked, or navigate away from the current page in the existing window.
