To add downloadable content to your site with Parallels® Plesk Site Builder, log in and follow these instructions:
- First, click “Step 3 Pages” at the top of the page.
- Select the “File Download” checkbox within the “Special Pages” box toward the bottom of this screen.
- Next click on the button with the “>” symbol to add the new module.
- Select “Step 4 Edit” from the top of the page and click “Yes” to apply the changes.
- Give the download a file name, select whether the file is to be opened within a browser, and click the “Browse” button to locate the file to be uploaded.
- Click the “Upload” button, and you can test by clicking the “Download” link after the upload is complete.
- You may preview the changes by clicking on the “Preview” link toward the bottom of the page. If you’re satisfied with the preview, then return to the wizard and click “Step 5 Publish” at the top of the page to publish the new download to your site.
