Each OpenSourceHost email user has their own Email Control Panel. This area allows you to manage your email account from any browser, without having to login to the VDS Manager.
Log in to your user manager at http://yoursitedomain.com/users/. When prompted for a username and password, enter the username and password for your email account. Do not include the @ sign or the domain name in the username field.
The Email Control Panel has mutliple links on the left side of the screen:
- Contacts - Displays the Contact information for the main VDS
- Change Password - Enables you to edit your password
- FTP Client - Allows you to automatically log your browser in via FTP
- Web Mail - If Neomail is installed on the main VDS, this section will provide a link to access the web-based email client
- Auto Responder - Compose a message that will be sent automatically to every address from which you receive an email. A typical example is an ‘Out of Office’ auto responder message.
- Auto Forwarder - Enable auto-forwarding of messages that are delivered to your mailbox. Auto Forwarding allows each email user to essentially setup an email alias on their own, without needing to login to the VDS Manager.
