If you have uploaded a large number of images to the Gallery ValueApp, you may wish to delete or re-organize some images.

Changing the order of items inside of an album
There are two ways to change the order of items that are displayed inside of your Gallery; you are welcome to use which ever method works best for your web browser. If you’d rather reorder the items in your gallery graphically, click on Rearrange Items on the left side of the gallery pages. Thumbnails for each of your items will be displayed; to move an item click on it to highlight the item, then click on another thumbnail to move the item. You can move as many items as you would like, then click on Save at the bottom of the page. Some browsers may not support this function; if you have any trouble, click on Reorder Items on the left side if the gallery page. Simply use the drop-downs to select images to reorder them inside of your gallery, then click on the Reorder button to save your changes.

Moving items between albums
If you would like to move an item from one album to another, simply click on the image to view the full-size copy. Additional items for managing the item will be listed on the left side; click on Move Photo. This will list items in the album that you are working inside of; select the items to move, then select a destination using the drop-down at the bottom of the page. Once you’ve finished your selections, click the Move button to confirm the move.

Deleting an item
If you no longer wish to have an item displayed in your gallery, you can delete it. Simply click on the item so that you are viewing it’s full-size copy, then click on Delete Photo on the left. You will be prompted to select other images to delete if you wish, then simply click on Delete. Be sure that you have a backup copy of the image, as once an image is deleted it cannot be recovered.

Listing an item in two albums at once
If you have an image that should be listed in multiple albums at once, you can create a “link”. This is an image that is linked to from multiple albums. To link an item into other albums, simply click the image to view the full-size copy, then click Create Link on the left. If you wish to link multiple items into another album at once, select each item, then use the Destination drop-down to select the album that should contain the linked items. If you later wish to remove the linked item, simply click on it, then click Delete Photo on the left.

Updating the icon for an album
When you add a sub-album and add photos to it, the Gallery ValueApp automatically uses the thumbnail from the first item that has been uploaded as the thumbnail icon for the album itself. If you wish to change the item that is highlighted as the icon for the album, simply click on the item to view it’s full-size copy, then click on Make Highlight on the left side. You will be prompted to select the album that you wish to use with the image, then click on Highlight to save your changes.
