One of the most important tasks you have in fulfilling your customers’ orders is to ship your products to them. Miva Merchant provides a number of shipping options to allow you the most flexibility possible.

You can set up as many of these shipping options as you wish. The more you configure the more options you can offer your customers. We highly recommend that you use the Simple Administration interface to setup the Shipping Configuration, which is what this guide explains.

Use the following procedure to use the Shipping Configuration Wizard:

• Login to your Miva Admin Console at http://yoursitedomain.com/store/admin.mvc using the username and password you created when first installing Miva

Important Note: If you are in the Advanced Administration interface, click “Switch to Simple Administration” to go the interface that guides you step-by-step, which is what we recommend

• Click the triangle next to Stores in the Administration Menu
• Click the triangle next to store name to expand the task list
• Click the triangle next to Wizards to expand the wizards list
• Select the Shipping Configuration Wizard link
• From the drop down list, select the Shipping Module you wish to use

Now that you have configured the shipping options, your customers will know how their product is getting from your store to their door.
