Using Miva Merchant to fulfill orders

Order Fulfillment allows you to set up modules that will notify you when an order has been placed and confirm to your customer that the order is being processed. Use the following procedure to access the Order Fulfillment Configuration form.

Login to your Miva Admin Console at http://yoursitedomain.com/store/admin.mvc using the username and password you created when installing Miva

Click the triangle next to Store

Click the triangle next to the store name

Select the Order Fulfillment Configuration link

Click the Module you wish to install

The following features can be assigned to the store that is being used for order notification:

Email Merchant Notification - Notifies the merchant that an order has been placed
Customer Order Confirmation Email - Notifies the customers that an order has been received and is being processed

Once this has been configured, you will begin receiving emails when orders are placed through your store
