Return to "Working with Reseller Manager"If a resold account exceeds the amount of bandwidth that you have allocated to the service package that it resides on, the account will be suspended. Email Notifications will be sent out to alert you when the account is at 90% of its bandwidth allocation. To alleviate bandwidth issues, you should increase the amount of bandwidth that their Service Package supports, or create an add-on service and apply it to their account.
If you are unsure as to why your bandwidth is being used, first check the Webalizer statistics for your domain as described here; if you do not see any extremely popular files or unusual spikes in traffic, you are welcome to submit a support ticket at https://my.opensourcehost.com/cm.html?stage=STSSubmitTicket so that a technician can investigate the cause of your bandwidth usage.
