Deleting a Resold Customer Account

If you wish to delete a resold customer’s hosting account, you can do so from the Reseller Manager.
Important Note: When a resold customer account is deleted, all files are immediately removed from the server and the website will be unaccessable. This process is not reversable

Log in to your Reseller Manager by clicking the ‘Login to Reseller Manager’ link from the Products page of the Customer Manager, which is located at https://my.opensourcehost.com.

Click on the Accounts section

Select the checkbox to the left of the account or accounts that you would like to remove. You can remove multiple accounts at one time by selecting multiple check boxes.

Click on “Remove Selected Items” at the bottom of the list

Important Note: You will use your main Reseller password for confirmation

Account deletion begins immediately and takes less than 5 minutes to complete.
